Winter is coming: the leaves are falling, the temperatures are dropping (well, some days...), and soon the holidays will be here. The holiday season usually means eating an overabundance of delicious foods until you're stuffed like the turkey on the table. A food-coma on the couch usually follows... After spending time at your folks' place, there's usually little to no energy to want to do anything except the bare minimum. In other words, "so long, healthy habits, see you next year!"
